One of my favorite Korean cuisine, I was first introduced to this dish more than 15 years ago while visiting my brother's best fried who lived in Chicago....And now, it becomes my weekly must have dish on the table, as it is light, healthy and colorful, even the kids love it so much too....
It's really yum and healthy !
